I order to become seriously overweight, I had to engage in some serious overeating. Bread, sweets, and chips were my downfall, and even when they stopped providing me with any real enjoyment I couldn't stop until the bags and cartons were empty.
Even though I've been at a healthy weight for more than seven years now, I can still be caught off guard, and end up consumed by sugary, starchy, salty, snacks.
