If my Fairy Good-Sister came to me and said, "I will give you the body you need to fulfill your life purpose, guaranteed, but you can only eat 30 grams of carbohydrate per day for the rest of your life," do you know what I would say?

"I'll do it."

I am so passionate about training, coaching, dancing, sininging, and choreogrphy that I would not hesitate to give up sugary starchy foods for the rest of my life.

Still, I keep trying to add back more fruit and some grains, and reducing the fat in my eating plans in order to make them less extreme, more mainstream, and easier to offer to a broader audience.  What I have had to accept is the fact that what is popular isn't what works for me, and it doesn't work well for my readers and listeners who struggle with sugar compulion, insulin resistance, and carbohydrate intolerance.

Since the start of 2017 I have been tinkering with my nutrition, and it has backfired.  Thankfully, I am back on the Keto-cart and feeling so much better.  Here is what I have learned, and I hope this episode helps you to find the eating plan that works for you, for life.
