Catherine Best Gordon, author of Sugar Freedom shares her tips for keeping it keto on Valentine's Day.  Plus the Book of the Week: "The Obesity Code," by Jason Fung M.D., her recipe for Freedom Chocolate Mousse, and a study on how Keto helps manage appetite long term.   Here is the recipe: 

Sugar Freedom Chocolate Mousse

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup cocoa powder

10 drops stevia or 1/4 cup xylitol

1/4 c raw cream, almond milk, or coconut milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

 

Place all ingredients in a bowl.

Blend well with an electric hand mixer.

Serve chilled.
