Danielle Odom-Jenkins has worked in New York City as a restaurant professional for over 12 years. In 2007, she moved to New York and worked in a national high traffic restaurant in the heart of Manhattan. Due to her being a fast learner, great with people, and a strong leader,  she worked her way up in a steady progression from  host, server, bartender, corporate trainer to ultimately a well-rounded restaurant manager.

Her ability to build rapport with guests and restaurant personnel  has been one of her greatest strengths. Her tenacity provided her with industry connections that led to her managing and training many restaurant teams across New York City.

A pivotal moment in Danielle’s career came with the opportunity to help build an upscale BBQ restaurant from the ground up. Thus she perfected processes for obtaining mandatory licenses and developing proper procedures in food handling and health sanitation for opening a successful restaurant.

Danielle has also been a multi-unit restaurant manager for one of New York’s finest Airports.  Her philosophy has always been to treat people coming into your restaurant as you would a guest you welcome into your home.

Danielle currently lives in Queens, New York with her Husband Kareem and offers her experience to current and potential restaurant owners.
