We know that a faucet leak is a lot less expensive to fix than a new roof, so put the pots under the leak and hope that it stops raining. Like cars, there are always repairs that need to be done around a house. ALWAYS. It can be a real pain in the budget. It's also the thing that can discourage people from wanting to own their own home. They feel like it would be easier to just have the landlord fix the problems, while you withhold the rent until he does. Home insurance is a must for homeowners, but you would be surprised by how many people carry homeowner's insurance, but fail to use it, because they think that their premiums will increase.
