Sometimes you need a day or two for your mind to regroup. Sometimes you need to get yourself together to be able to move on in a good way, but what are we talking about when we talk about mental health improved in a day? Is it possible? Are we really talking about mental health? Mental Days are what we associate taking off from work to get your emotions, moods and sometimes your body in shape to be able to be more productive. It is a term that is recognized in most industries, even though HR may not officially recognize days off for this sort of thing. Have you recently, or ever had to take a mental day off from work? Has it been the actual job that has gotten you stressed out, or have your problems just seemed to manifest themselves at the workplace? Is is just work that we need mental days off from? Let's talk.
