Trying No to Scare a Man/Woman Away Before a Relationship

To some people, it's like when you go to a job interview, you go in on your best behavior and try to show them the most valuable and desirable parts of you. You talk nice, present nice, appear to be helpful and in no way seem to want to be in control. We all know what happens when we get comfortable with our roles at a job and get uncomfortable with the rules that the job has. That's when some of us start to let our hair down and reveal more of our less than desirable qualities. What can you do to get the person that you want to be with? What shouldn't you do when trying to pursue someone? How does keeping it real and being true to yourself fit into this? Can we talk though?
