If Black people Americans, who were the direct descendants of slaves, received monetary compensation for the 400+ years of unpaid labor that they were forced to endure, would they wind up giving the money right back into the system that enslaved them in the 1st place? Should that be a reason that they shouldn't get paid? This is one of the reasons that many Black opposers of reparations use to abandon the fight for Black reparations in the U.S. Is that good enough for you? What would you do with your money if you received a reparations check? Would it depend on how much the check was for? I don't know about you, but to me, I have seen our people start businesses from life insurance payments, so I think that a lot of us could do something great with reparations money. But what if you did mess up the money? Should the person who owes you determine what you should do with the money that you get paid back? Let's talk.
That's what we're talking about tonight at 7PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out: https://youtube.com/live/emLTQdXNwuc?feature=share
