Taking into account that you could afford it, would you retain a lawyer for someone who you loved, if they were accused, or arrested of a serious crime? Think hard about it before you answer. This is deep. A lot of people would get a lawyer for their husbands, sons and boyfriends if they were arrested for violence, murder, theft, or fraud, but what about sexual assault, or pedophilia? We know that many have retained legal counsel for people who have committed these crimes, but what does your heart say? What if you really suspected that they were guilty? Does a guilty suspicion weigh on your decision to let the legal system decide someone's fate? It's hard to have it both ways. You can't say that you don't trust , or do trust the legal system, but trust them, or don't trust them when your feelings are involved. Well, I say that you can't have it both ways, but you may feel like you can. We know that a legal defense is expensive, no matter which way that you slice it. It is something that we have to take into consideration. Let's talk.

That's what we're talking about tonight at 7PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show:  https://youtube.com/live/xhYymdVvc10?feature=share
