Kindergarten, elementary school and 8th grade graduations. Getting a new job. Getting married with a wedding, retirement parties, expensive birthday parties for adults, national holidays, religious holidays, personal holidays, holidays for clubs and organizations, etc. The list of what someone might celebrate can go on and on and on. Not everyone is going to agree, or approve of what you are celebrating. Will that have an impact on whether you will celebrate what you celebrate? Some people put people down for celebrating holidays in certain ways. Christmas is a big holiday that comes under fire each year, especially for Black people. St. Patrick's Day and Cinco de Mayo is another that comes under fire. Are Black people wrong for celebrating holidays that don't involve their culture? Should everyone be free to celebrate what they want to celebrate? Let's talk.

That's what we're talking about tonight at 7PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out:  https://youtube.com/live/KuOdLKctzdI?feature=share
