Crack was a big problem in the 80's. Now it seems like the drug itself and its users are stuck in the 80's too. It's hard to believe that the drug that was so plentiful and prevalent in the 80''s and 90's is like an ancient substance that fell off like a old 1 hit wonder song. In the early 2000's, you cold hear countless rappers talking about the fortunes that they made off of crack sales. That's where the slang trapping came from and the slang still exists. The drug crack is said to have destroyed families and communities back in the day and in the very beginning, it was believed that crack would kill you if you got high too much. Something happened with that and the crack users of yesterday seem to be the only ones using crack today. Meanwhile heroin, pills and marijuana use is at an all-time high with seemingly new users cropping up every single day, as well as the deaths associated with their use. The rapper DMX was noted for his crack use throughout his life and career, but it looks like it was Fetanyl that caused his demise. What's up with this? Does crack kill or not anymore? Let's talk.

That's what we're talking about tonight at 7PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out:  https://youtube.com/live/9Zdey5AL1xw?feature=share
