Does the race angle when you are in need? Would you, or have you ever refused help from a person who you knew was a racist, or who you knew would refuse you on the basis of race? Racism is one of the easiest things to spot, when you know what you are looking for, but it is one of the hardest things to prove in court, or in any arena where proof may be necessary. Discrimination is a lot easier to prove than racism is. Inequality is a lot easier to prove than racism is. Discrimination and inequality are often born out of racism. But do you put your personal feelings aside for business? When it comes to sex, or love, do you excuse race? For example, would you date, or marry someone of a different race if you knew that their family were racists? Would you be able to ignore that? What about sex? Need I ask the whole question? Would you work for a person, or a company if you knew that they only hired you because they had to fill a spot based on race? Let's talk.
That's what we're talking about today at 1PM ET on The Urban Therapy with Sun Show. Check this out: https://youtube.com/live/N9PBzNGYyvM?feature=share
