Buying a car for someone is a major purchase. Even if the car is used and not very expensive, it's a major purchase. Even if you just sign the title of a car that you already own to someone else, it's a major purchase. That's mainly because most cars are worth more than a thousand dollars and all cars were worth thousands of dollars when they were new. Not only that, but there is a process that goes along with buying, or giving someone a car. There are title and registration issues that are involved. The state has to know who is responsible for every vehicle that is on the street, or that vehicle can't be on the street.. Buying a car for someone is also an emotional purchase. Most people don't even like to lend their car to anyone, let alone sign their name on a loan for one. So, what would make you do it? Have you done it? Would you do it again? Let's talk.
