Dealing With An HR Nightmare.

We all have to work. We all have to make money. We all have to agree to follow rules that the person who is paying us, implements to us. That seems to be the part where a lot of people fall short. Why do some people find it so hard to follow rules that are implemented at their job? What is the problem really? It's not like the rules are made up as they go along. They let you know what you could do and what you couldn't do up front, so why does it seem so hard to do what they are paying you to do? We all have a little bit of rebel in us, but when we pay our money, we don't settle for anyone being a rebel against us. Why do we defend people who rebel against people who pay them?
