Couples say a lot of nasty things to each other during the bad times in a relationship, especially during a breakup. How much is said in anger and how much had been being said during the whole time? This is a little bit different than abuse is because negative things that may have been said in a relationship may have been used to justify an exit from a relationship, whereas abusive things may have been said to get control in a relationship. When the outside world criticizes you, it may have an effect on you, or it may not. When your lover has negative things to say about you, it can really sting because you care about the way that they feel and think about you. If you didn't, why would you be with them? Regardless of what may have been said, or expressed, you might question whether your ex was right about you all along. What are you going to do about it? Nothing? Were they wrong? Have you thought about it? Let's talk.

That's what we're talking about tonight at 7PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out:  https://youtube.com/live/bl8E0_sJtHM?feature=share
