When you're going through it. When you are going through that time in your life when you are feeling the most alone, isolated and perhaps, paralyzed with fear, concern, or worry. Some people may be able to relate to your experience, but when you are in the middle of it all, nobody can go there with you. At least that might be the way that you feel at the time. A person has to learn how to ask for help and they have to learn how to ask for help at the right times. It's not always easy, but before you learn to ask for help, you might feel helpless and hopeless. Nothing feels worse than going through mental stress all alone, because no one understands. There is understanding and there is help. Let's talk.
