Office romances happen all the time in the workplace. We may have see the problems it can cause and the damage that it can do. Still, it doesn't stop people from being attracted to each other, or stop folks from hooking up with each other. Many people pursue relationships at work because that's where they spend most of their time and it's a good way to get to know someone in a positive setting. With this being said, it doesn't mean that there won't be major problems with an inter-office romance. Many jobs have policies against this and managers can be fired for having relations with subordinates. Not only that, but having relations with coworkers can have a negative effect on employee morale. There can be a lot of social controversy.. Let's talk.
