Coparenting can be tough when the two parents aren't on the same page. When the rules that govern a child's behavior aren't agreed upon or respected by both parents, a child can manipulate both parents, or one parent may have a hard time getting a child to adapt to what's right. For example, if you don't feed your child a lot of sweets or junk food, but the other parent lets the child eat whatever they want, you might have a hard time getting the child to eat what is good for them when they are home with you.
