In Episode 11 of the Tiny Giant Losses podcast, we share studies on and healing approaches for pregnancy after loss, review "The Gifts of Imperfection" by Brené Brown and interview Valerie Meek of Pregnancy After Loss Support.

Valerie Meek is the Operations Director for Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS), a writer, mama, wife and crafter. She lives in a Boston suburb with her husband, daughter, and Sato rescue dog. She became a mama when her son Patrick was born still at 20 weeks in April of 2014. Grappling with her loss and finding hope to get pregnant again led her to Pregnancy After Loss Support where she shared her trying to conceive and pregnancy after loss journey as a monthly contributor, then joined founder Lindsey Henke in expanding PALS reach and services as the Operations Director. She gave birth to her baby born after loss—her daughter, "Stitch"—in February 2016. Valerie also writes about her family life and crafty endeavors at her blog Meek Manor.

In the episode, Lindsey mentions a reproductive loss support guide PDF for friends and family. You can access it here.
