Jospeh his self did hard time inside of pyschiatric Hospital. He went on to found and agency with over 300 peer employees. ACtually the federal funding for the Clearinghouse is in jeopardy at this time.  What does the future look like for technical assistance?  Question is the  idea of advocacy being funding dying out especially with regresive legislation like Murphy bill on the plate.
