The Murphy Bill passed in the Energy and Commerce Committe, with a vote of 53 - 0. 

We are invisible in the process. Our rights are quickly slipping away. 

Join in the conversation as we now go full force to defeat HR 2646 the Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act.

Today, the Murphy bill went through s supposed mark up -- and then was voted to leave committee and be presented to the House for a full vote.
