Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be debating how much leadership men should have in a relationship. We are living in a time where women are highly accomplished, independent and strong minded. Nowadays, it's actually not uncommon for women to be the leaders of some households. Of course we all know that goes against tradition and commonality is constantly changing in our ever evolving society, but should men leading be a tradition that we stick to?

Some women won't date a man who can't step up and be the leader while others won't date a man who is unwilling to have things 50/50 and then you have the alpha females who won't date a man that won't let them lead. You do have some women who are the bread winners of the family. If the woman is the bread winner and the man stays home with the kids, does that give the woman the right to lead? These are the never ending debates in coffee shops, barber shops, hair salons and so on.

So ladies, where do you stand? Do you want a man who's gonna lead, play it 50/50, or let you lead? Fellas, do you want a woman who lets you lead, play it 50/50, or do YOU have to be the leader? Ladies, could you respect a man who makes only a fraction of what you make, or a man who is the stay at home dad while you bring in the bacon? Fellas, would you be content with your woman making more than you? Could you date a woman with a dominate personality?

They say "Men wear the pants in the relationship, but women control the zipper." Do you agree?

One thing's for sure; we won't be holding back any punches! This is gonna be entertaining, so don't miss out!
