Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be discussing the brutal riot that took place at the capitol, killing 5, including law enforcement officer, Brian Sicknick. Violent protestors forced their way into the capitol, escalating into a deadly riot. Considering the violent nature of the deadly assembled mob, it's a miracle that there weren't more severe injuries and deaths. On Wednesday, January 6th, 2021, for the first time in United States history, the sitting president riled up his followers to storm the capitol, which turned violent and deadly. Therefore, the blood of Officer Sicknick is on the hands of Trump, who claims to be "a president of law and order."

For those who continue to defend Trump, we understand that he's your guy for whatever political or nonpolitical reasons, but at what point do you have enough decency to understand that this man is a narcissist who only cares about his own best interest? Trump wasn't even humble enough to apologize to the families of the casualties of the riot. If not anything else, at least the family of Officer Sicknick, who died from injuries sustained from the Capitol Riot.

Even Republicans were outraged to the point that 10 House Republicans voted to have Trump impeached. There are more Republicans who reportedly wanted to vote to have Trump impeached, but out of fear for their political careers and the safety of themselves and their families, chose to vote against impeachment. There is now an obvious divide in the Republican Party; those who stand with Trump and those who stand against Trump. Needless to say, the Republican Party is facing trying times, as they have begun to unravel. Having loss 3 of the last 4 elections and now both the senate and the house, it's time for some much needed reconstruction.

Since the riot, Trump has shown no remorse or empathy for his role in riling up his followers to commit treason.
