Dennis Conaster Sr. Knows Kenpo Karate , he has extensive knowledge in all Kenpo ,however when it comes to American Kenpo Karate that was under the "Old Man " as his close personal friends call Mr. Ed Parker Sr.,Dennis was one of his loyal students studying and training with some of the best Kenpo Animals in the history of American Kenpo Karate.
Making Black Belt in February 14th ,1976 on Valentines day under Gary Swan and Steve Labounty.

He has trained with Men like, Frank Trejo, Bob White, John Supulveda, Brian Duffy , Jeff Speakman , Tom Kelly R.I.P are just a few and he has fought some of the best fighters around though the years.
