On a good day, we all have challenging days and when we are not feeling well this can seem like the end of the world. We visit our Doctors with complaints of Arthritis, Fatigue, Brain Fog, Stomach Problems, Chronic Infections and suddenly we are the poster child for those prescription drug commercials.

Now we have the added pressure of this Covid-19 virus that we can’t see but will somehow try to kill us with no warning. Last week’s episode took us on a journey of essential oils and touched on some of these topics. This week we will continue this topic and delve even deeper with our Guest Dr. Matt Lewis.

Dr Matt has been Lori’s Treating Physician for the last 10 years starting when he was located on Long Island and now is based in Tampa Florida.  Dr Matt Lewis is a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.); Diplomate, American Clinical Board of Nutrition(DACBN); and Certified Functional Medical Practitioner (CFMP®), has more than six years of post-doctoral education in functional medicine and over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition. Dr. Lewis has helped thousands of people by identifying underlying causes of low thyroid, fatigue, weight loss resistance, and other chronic health issues. He employs a variety of medical diagnostic testing and clinical approaches, including nutrition analysis, dietary modifications, and natural supplement therapies that help people with chronic conditions.
