Brittany has Sickle Cell Anemia and is an advocate dedicated to spreading awareness of this disease and also have a 1 Woman Foundation called Sickle Soldiers where I do as much as possible to help others like me any way possible. I wrote poetry inspired by my sickle cell experiences and am curly working on publishing a book of my poetry. She's here to talk about Sickle Cell Disease and sharing a Poem.
