Chef Tamearra Dyson has been creating her Louisiana Creole Vegan Cuisine since the age of 18 and professionally since 2006. Chef Dyson is the executive chef and owner of the critically acclaimed Souley Vegan, a Louisiana Creole Restaurant that opened its doors in 2009 In the city of Oakland CA.
Now after almost 10 years in business and many accolades under her belt including being voted one of the Top 10 soul food restaurants in the country by USA TODAY. Featured on The Food Network's Triple D, and the Live Well Network's Food Rush with Ryan Scott to being Voted Best Vegan Restaurant and Best Soul Food Restaurant over several years. Chef Tamearra is building quite the name for herself as not only a Culinary Artist but as an overall Woman of Influence as she continues to be featured in major magazines and publications including Angeleno Magazine's, Power Player's, Inlove Magazine, Elite Personalities, Marquis Who's Who of American Women and the list goes on. Chef Tamearra continues to grow as she travels to cater celebrity events and is currently working opening more locations. In addition to donating generously to several local organizations annually, Chef Dyson also takes time to mentor young adults in the community.
