The NFL has increased Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson's suspension to 11 games with a $5 million fine and mandatory counseling. A 16-year-old in Florida who sought a court waiver to terminate her pregnancy has been denied, with the court ruling she isn't "mature" enough to receive an abortion. The teenager, who is only identified as Jane Doe 22-B, sought approval to have an abortion, without the written consent of a parent or guardian, in Escambia County court. Circuit Court Judge Jennifer J. Frydrychowicz denied the waiver. The teen then appealed the decision, but three judges in the First District Court of Appeal ruled that she did not present "clear and convincing evidence that she was sufficiently mature to decide whether to terminate her pregnancy." The appeals court said that during the trial, the teen acknowledged she is not ready "for the emotional, the physical, or financial responsibility of raising a child" and "has valid concerns about her ability to raise a child." The appeals court said it appeared the trial court wanted to give the teen "additional time" to consider her decision. CBS News
