On healthy and unhealthy foods. we hear  "You can't eat this OH don't drink that!" We are eating and drinking ourselves into chronic diseases, mental health issues and early deaths. With so much talk of healthy foods and what you should be eating, the foods that are the worst for us can get overlooked. The reason it’s so hard to avoid unhealthy foods is because the things that make them bad also make them taste good. Fatty foods typically taste good, and so do sweet and salty ones, which means a lot of what you love are likely not the best things you can have.
There are plenty of foods that you can turn to that taste amazing and won’t jeopardize your well-being. It’s about learning why certain foods are bad, so you can make better choices on a day-to-day basis. 

This is just mean & evil. two Muslim Women Thanked a Conductor Who Told The Bigoted Train Passenger Harassing Them, 'Look At Me, Never Board My Train Again'  A Connecticut train conductor is being applauded online for the way he handled a bigoted train passenger who harassed two Muslim women in hijabs sitting near her. The two Muslim women began filming the bigoted train passenger across from them when she began making Islamophobic, racist and xenophobic comments.
