Cornelius “Corney” Mims is regarded as one of L.A.'s truly “elite" bass players and band leaders. The Producer/Songwriter/Musician and Musical Director has performed live, in studio, and television with well-known artists throughout the music industry. His list of credits reads a who’s who of the music industry’s elite. Michael Jackson,Snoop Dogg, Beyonce, Kenny Loggins, Natalie Cole, En Vogue, George Michael, Brandy, Phil Collins, only scratch the surface of his musical accomplishments. More recent credits include musical director of DJ Quik’s “The Book Of David” tour, bass guitarist with blues artist extraordinaire and brother of the late “king of pop” Tito Jackson, staff composer/ producer for the Jim Henson Company, co-songwriter on Mary J.
