Keilah's journey is a testament to resilience and faith, shaping her into the remarkable individual she is today. Adopted from Korea at just four months old, she grew up in Minnesota before settling in North Carolina, where she currently resides. In 2007, Keilah made a courageous decision to enlist in the military, a choice that would deeply impact her path forward. Balancing her military career with her personal life, Keilah has found joy in marriage, celebrating 16 years with her beloved husband, and embracing the role of devoted mother to five daughters. In 2018, Keilah and her husband embarked on a new adventure in entrepreneurship, co-founding a successful maintenance business. Yet, beyond her professional achievements, Keilah's passion for the arts shines brightly. With a background in classical Ballet and modern dance, her artistic journey expanded during her military service at Fort Bragg, leading her to explore visual arts as a means of expression. Keilah's artistry is more than just a creative outlet—it's a powerful tool for uplifting and empowering her community. Rooted in her belief in portraying positive imagery of African-Americans, her work focuses on the tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levi mentioned in the Bible. Through her art, Keilah embodies a message of resilience and transformation, serving as a living testament to the glory and power of the Most High.
