Show #21 6/29/2021My Guest Tonight Is Cole Monge,I used to believe that my eating disorder was my enemy... I felt like I was stuck in a cage within my mind and I couldn't find the light... I believed strongly that my ED was here to ruin my life....today, I SEE my eating disorder as a blessing in disguise. It's become my greatest teacher, It taught me compassion and understanding toward myself, and others. It showed me that being vulnerable can be the most liberating thing for our mind and soul. My battle with my eating disorder has helped me develop strength and courage. Its given my life purpose in so many ways...now that I can honestly and happily say that I am fully recovered, I dedicate my life to show others through my example that, It IS possible to fall in love with ourselves again... I want to share my story in the hopes that it helps, if only just one person, believe in themselves enough to fight to find their light again. Cole Is a Coach at my gym @intensityX3 where she gives a ton of classes a week, does small group training and personal training... She also gives Nutrition Advice. You are enough! believe in yourself and you can overcome anything....https://soundcloud.com/bailey-smith-369208333/eating-disorders-trauma-and-triggers?si=d966e454b9004969860a4e173fab1be0&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharinghttps://www.blogtalkradio.com/friendstalk/2021/06/29/eating-disorders-trauma-and-triggershttp://tobtr.com/11965832
