Kevin Benton began his life as many boys do, with a dream. Kevin envisioned himself as an NBA player. Regardless of those who didn't support or see his dream as clearly-Kevin still shouldered on.. During college days Kevin was diagnosed with Hypertrophic-Cardiomyopathy, a heart disease that often afflicts African American males.His faith in God supported his healing so that he could pursue his dream of playing basketball. His vision of hell was an impetus to continue in faith toward his dreams and goals. He went on moving up the ranks in his division, and accomplishing his desires. Kevin has now found his calling with being a Pastor of his own ministry and now an author of "A Field Trip to Hell" , the story of having overcome adversity and the faith to pursue a dream.
