Meet Dr. Gilbert:  Dr. Amanda Gilbert, MD, is a native of the Southside of Chicago, IL. She attended Howard University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and went on to complete her residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She is a full time practicing physician in Pearland, Texas. Dr. Gilbert treats patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. She has a passion for preventive health and teaching her patients how to live and work toward their wellness goals.Dr. Gilbert is the proud wife of Elder Dr. Louis J. Gilbert, who is also a Family Medicine physician and minister of the Gospel. They both enjoy empowering their community to live their most abundant lives in mind, body and spirit.
