Mark Queralt, MD is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and received his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. For more than two decades Dr. Queralt has specialized in the treatment of spinal pain and injuries. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Texas Southwestern and attained a sub-specialty in pain medicine from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Queralt is also a member of the North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Sylvia Deily, DC, is an orthopedic associate provider for the Musculoskeletal Institute at UT Health Austin. As a chiropractor and rehabilitation specialist, she brings a unique perspective to the assessment and care of patients. Sylvia is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and skills to help themselves, and she strives to provide individualized care that comes from understanding each patient’s needs and goals.
