For 45 years Julie Latz was obsessed with and controlled by food. It felt like her life revolved around it! She was a yo-yo dieter and when she went off a diet, she found herself bingeing on all of her favorite foods and felt miserably out of control. In 2010, Julie created a simple yet powerful process to finally become free from food addiction, detailed in her book Stop Binge Eating and Start Living Again. She coaches women worldwide on how to stop compulsive, emotional, and binge eating without dieting or deprivation.
