He's an accomplished author, with books like "7 Principles of Transformational Leadership" to his name. Hugh's journey is as fascinating as his career – he emigrated from Scotland to the US in 1969, and his experiences during the civil rights era in Birmingham, Alabama, shaped his commitment to organizational change. A certified coach and former adjunct faculty at Pepperdine University, Hugh brings a wealth of experience to his work.
