How will the child be effected, and what issue may arise from this abnormal parental lineage. Will the child be healthy mentally and socially?  What will be the effects of the ridicule that will undoubtly from others while growing up?  How will this effect the childs freedom of sexual preference?  How about the child ability to know who they are and what the family tree is  (who is mom, dad, grandma and who am I). How will the parents explain their decision when ask the question "Why is Grandma my birth mother and the Million dollar question...
