What is the Job Market Doing

We are at the highest unemployment rate in 26 years and the recovery rate is going to be a long process. Corporations are being leaner and cutting jobs so that no one is duplicating someone else's job. They are outsourcing jobs on the phone so people do more of the work from home, therefore they don't have to have as large office space. This also means they can cut expenses on utilities and equipment. What this means to the common employee who works from home is tax breaks on utilities, phone service, & office(home). More and more we are moving back to the entrepreneur, If you don't have the discipline to work from home get a coach. People who need to listen to this are the unemployed, underemployed, homebased business people, salesmen, coaches, entrepreneurs, people who are starting their own business.
