As a business owner sometimes you have to be a good listener because sometimes your customer only wants to vent some of their personal issues, just to get it off of their chests before they can concentrate on hearing what you are saying to them about the products that you have the sell.This is just another way to build strong relationships with your customers because it shows them that you are truly interested in them and their personal lives and that they are also a truly valued friend. People who should listen to this show are entrepreneurs, home based business owners, psychologists, executive coaches, etc.
