Why We Still Have High Unemployment

Where have all the jobs gone?  Times change, technology changes, but people refuse to change.  The older generation needs retraining, the millenials need to learn to communicate better, and everyone needs to look forward and not backward, the the way business is being done today has changed.  Instead of looking for someone else to solve the problem for you why not become creative about employment.  People who should listen to this show  entrepreneurs, homebased business owners, executive coaches, ect.
