JUSTICE prevails in the SNOW town of Aspen, Colorado where Michele Kiley ,Proprietress, serves locals and tourists alike in the new Restaurant & Bar located in the old historic Wheeler Opera House.

Keeping the iconic significance of the 1800s building, Brooklyn-based designer Matt Duncan recreated a bar and parlor of the once Rocky Mountain mining town establishment with elements of copper and wood.

Offering patrons “Colorado-inspired” and “ridiculously affordable” food and libations.

The Restaurant was named for an Aspen 1880s Justice of the peace named Snow and although the town known is known for skiing and winter vacays, it's a vibrant destination year round.
