On this show, Marie interviews people from the business and nonprofit sectors as well as others who involve themselves in unique contributions to their communities. For the second half of the show, Marie will also welcome guest co-hosts Amanda Both, administrator for the Arlington Heights website and Sherri Liang-Zhou, president of Starlink Global Education.
We will have Diana Zhang and Sharon Kilarski from the nonprofit Shen Yun Chicago. Zhang is the cultural event coordinator.
Shen Yun Performing Arts will be performing from May 10 to May 12 at Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theater.
Based in New York, Shen Yun is the first company to present classical Chinese dance to the world.
Our second guest will be Lisa Barrera, Recreation Coordinator of Youth Services and Support Staff for NEDSRA, Northeast DuPage Special Recreation Association in Addison. Barrera will talk about the nonprofit, its services and its Track and Field Meet May 18.
