Tonight's SPECIAL GUEST is Cathering Heimdale -- She's the author of "Escape the Dragons Path" a novel that explores the worst things that can happen to a victim of abuse. “More than anything, I saw myself in my research," she says. "I was all over it — the panic attacks, the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, the fear of feeling cornered. You can't bury that kind of emotion, and it wasn't until I began research on it that I slowly began to understand it, and to work my way through it.” Ms. Heimdale continues, "I felt validated, and I finally understood the psychology behind the mind of the abuse victim — as well as the abuser — and the necessity of freedom from fear for recovery.” (see the web site:www.trianglerockenterprises.weebly.com)
