The Juvenile Justice Now web site operates as a public service, and uses the Internet by way of displaying pictures of people who are currently not in compliance with current sex offender registration laws. Users are encouraged to keep the available information on registered offenders current and up to date. Tim cautions that each state has it’s own information collection and privacy / confidentiality policies, as well as policies / disclaimers / terms and conditions for access to information contained in state sex offender web sites (review individual state conditions of use).
