Tonight's special guest is Dr Anna Baranowsky from Toronto, Executive Director of the Traumatology Institute (Canada) and co-author of the new book "What is PTSD?: 3 Steps for Healing Trauma." Anna will be joined by co-author Teresa Lauer of Redmond, Washington. In addition to the book we'll explore their unique on-line training courses, offered through the Online Traumatology Institute's Clinical Traumatologist training program, where mental health professionals get comprehensive trauma therapy training in an on-line platform (anytime ... anyplace). Designed to help both those who work with trauma survivors and anyone who wants to learn about PTSD, courses are offered over SKYPE. Students quickly and easily develop skills as a trauma responder and counselor.
