Tonight's special guest is Tiffany Moon from San Diego, is a survivor of childhood abduction and rape, parental drug trafficking, familial sex trafficking, incest, torture, and domestic violence. Founder and CEO of The Tiffany Moon Foundation for Abduction Recovery, she’s currently completing her book, HAVE YOU SEEN ME?, an account of her experiences with child abuse, the kidnapping covered up by her Catholic elementary school, and the avalanche of government failures that nearly killed her in the present. The foundation is the result of her experiences of the past two years, during which she attempted to seek justice for the past, and help for the psychological injuries she finally understood, and was met with layers of failures by the legal system and social-service organizations that ultimately led to nearly a year of homelessness, and permanently-damaging medical maltreatment, leaving her in crisis today. Because this was the result of the failures of legal organizations to treat abduction appropriately, and of mental-health organizations to understand and treat the results of abduction, Tiffany, while attempting to reach out for aid for herself through her foundation, has the goal of raising awareness about the results of abduction and providing support and resources for abduction survivors.
