Tonight's special guest is Dan Williams from Rockford, Illinois, a returning NAACA family member whose specific areas of expertise are assessment of perpetrators and the effects as well as resolution of life trauma. Dan has over thirty years experience in primary care medicine and occupational medicine. He's worked directly with companies and OSHA record-ability. Dan is currently working with patients at Now Care, an urgent care center that also offers psychotherapy for individuals experiencing life trauma. Dan's newest book, an autobiographical account of sex abuse and its lasting effects, "Above His Shoulders," is available on Amazon. "There is always hope," writes Mr Williams. "Each day is a blessing. It takes perseverance, introspection, and actual implementation to move through any trauma. Never give up trying. Continue to look for the positive and move forward. One can always find the benefit in traumas. It may be in the form of someone you meet to reach out a helping hand or an awakening you experience that before went unrecognized. Your path of life will undergo many changes. Recognize them. Accept them. A new direction may be all you need." Dan Williams devotes himself more and more to helping those with life trauma, and has launched his latest web site for this purpose: www.LifeTrauma.com
