Tonight's special guest is Scott Allen Johnson from Florida. For nearly 30 years Mr. Johnson, a  licensed psychologist, has been educating law enforcement, probation, prosecutors, and forensic mental health professionals about sexual predators and physically violent offenders. Scott writes of his Forensic Consultation services, "I offer high quality consultation, presentations and training related to assessing, prosecuting, treating, and investigating sexual offenders and physical abusers. I also offer Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and response to crisis situations to offer supportive education." Mr. Johnson’s work and books are being used nationwide to educate professionals (including judges, probation officers, and police officers) about physical abusers and sexual offenders. The National Judicial Education Program for Legal Momentum is using Mr. Johnson’s textbook, "Physical Abusers and Sex Offenders; Forensic and Clinical Strategies," to educate Judges about sexual offenders (www.njep-ipsacourse.org). His publications include "Man-To-Man; When Your Partner Says NO" which teaches men about sexual assault, rape, date rape, molestation, and pressured sex. Its appropriate for high school and college students, athletes, and men on probation or parole, and addresses areas of concern for men addressing sexual assault and abuse, date rape, child molestation, pressured sex, and rape. A third book, "When 'I Love You' Turns Violent," is about recognizing and confronting dangerous relationships.
