Tonight's special guest is Chris Williams from Nashville, Tennessee, who as part of his personal recovery is interviewing 1,000 World Leaders of Hope, asking each of them the same 5 questions about Hope and how they share Hope every day. The goal is to understand the power of hope and how to inspire and train young leaders of hope in every region of the world. The I Share Hope project is currently spanning over 80 regions in more than 30 countries. Chris' mantra of “Culture, Strategy, Leadership, Execution” has proven itself many times in his private holdings, acquisitions, leadership positions, consulting and community involvement. Chris credits these four disciplines to other authors and mentors. “Without the other three execution is misdirected hope. Hope in the right results.” He explains his life has not always been easy. "There have been some very dark days. Some way back and some not so long ago. I am fairly new to hope and I'm realizing how much more I need every day. Now I want my children to have hope. I want my community to have hope. I want to live in a place of hope. Hope is one of those things that we use or lose. I'm going to be a user, not a loser!" He goes on, "Every day I grow in hope is another day to share hope. I seek out people with real hope and hear their stories. Then I try to take away at least one hopeful action that I can tryout or share. I forget way more of this than I remember but I actually think sharing hope is one of the best ways to get more hope. In the mean time, I'm learning from the best on the I Share Hope Podcast. I'm sharing hope!"
